Wonderful Experience at a Convenient Location

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is directly opposite the train station. The public areas are spacious and attractively decorated. There are ample seating options available for relaxation and socializing. I also appreciated the super garden. It offered a peaceful escape.
The air conditioning system was slightly slow to cool the room, though it did eventually reach a comfortable temperature.

the room was spacious with elegant decor. the location near the train station provided easy access. i found the staff friendly and helpful. included minibar items were a nice touch.
the heating in the room did not work effectively. a portable heater was available, it was not sufficient. this issue was known but not fixed. it significantly impacted my comfort.

The parking near the hotel cost £15 for 24 hours on a weekend. That detail was not highlighted beforehand though.
